RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
- All items bought from the clearance /sale section or via coupon code are not eligible for exchange or return.
- To claim defective product on arrival a full unboxing video is required, only then the product has been delivered is defective will be justified. If the unboxing video is not send then the product is defective cannot be claimed and the product is not eligible for a return.
- Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
- In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- International orders are not eligible for any returns exchanges.
